Since you have the routines and know-how to maintain a healthy lifestyle wherever you go, you can appreciate life even when you are on vacation and away from your kitchen and gym. You may indulge without going overboard if you continually practise moderation and balance. If for whatever reason you are unable to visit the gym one week, you develop the routine of bringing your resistance bands along, working out with your bodyweight, or using the adjacent benches and stairs. When anything goes wrong with your routine, you learn to adjust rather than destroy yourself.
