Healthy Turkey meatballs

Attempt these turkey meatballs - a decent option in contrast to customary spaghetti and meatballs! Serves: 4 Time to make: 50 mins Hands-on time: 15 mins Ingredients 2oz tin anchovy fillets in olive oil, finely chopped, oil reserved 18oz turkey breast mince 1 egg, beaten 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1½ teaspoons dried oregano 1 onion, finely chopped 1½ teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed 2 tablespoons tomato purée Pinch chilli flakes 2 x 14oz tins chopped tomatoes ⅓ cup reduced-salt chicken stock or white wine 10oz spaghetti fresh basil, torn, to garnish (optional) Instructions 1Put the anchovies in an enormous bowl with the turkey mince, egg, garlic and oregano. Blend well, then shape into around 24 meatballs. 2Heat the oil from the anchovy tin in an enormous non-stick griddle. Cook the meatballs, in clumps, for 8-10 min, turning frequently, until carmelized everywhere. Move to a plate. 3Add the onion and fennel seeds to the griddle and cook for 5 min. Add the tomato purée and cook for a further 2 min. Add the bean stew drops, tomatoes and stock or wine and stew for 5 min. Return the meatballs to the container and cook for a further 10 min, turning once. 4Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti as indicated by the pack guidelines, then channel.
