Verdon Gorge, Provence in France

This dramatic limestone gorge seems to continue unendingly into the distance. Situated in focal Provence in southeastern France, the fantastic marvel traces all the way back to the Ice Age. It was made while moving plates and glaciation moved and liquefied the scene to make the pinnacles and box we see today. Known as Verdon Crevasse, the gulch takes its name from the French word for green and is popular for lavish timberlands and amazing waterway's too blue to possibly be valid.
